Magnificent lights but empty café terraces. Sumptuous parks, paths covered with leaves in shimmering shades of burgundy, yellow, red and orange. Fall colors are so beautiful and warm, often contrasting with rainy weather. The artist, looking discreetly from his window, admires the landscape whose colors make him dream. The evening lights, sometimes the moon at night, illuminate the facades, the paths, the wooded paths. The light of the canvas symbolizes hope while the darkness evokes mystery, the unknown and sometimes even difficulty. But together they form a balance, the balance dear to the artist, a painting rich in contrasts, reflecting all the complexity of life. The artist often saw in autumn the beginning of melancholy just after the summer blue but he also found soft, golden moments there, bringing him serenity.

Born in the middle of the volcanoes of Auvergne, Thomas Jeunet is a self-taught painter, passionate about colors and the way in which they combine and reveal themselves within abstract forms, to write a unique and singular story. Inspired by Abstraction, by the numerous travels and experiences lived since his youth in the four corners of the world, he transcribes through artistic creation his apprehension of the world, full of emotions and sensations.
His works take us to the heart of a sensitive universe in which fascination for creation and love of painting combine, art having appeared to him as a real therapy in his personal life. Immersed in artistic creation since 2012, alongside a career in luxury, Thomas Jeunet creates firstly for himself, to materialize on the medium this creative ferment that he carries within him. This atypical journey between the world of art and that of luxury has shaped a unique aesthetic, where landscapes, cultures and encounters permeate each of the paintings and tell a visual story, between sophistication and pure creativity.
For many years, he has fixed in his memory what he sees and feels, as if he were archiving his memories on photographic film. Little by little, these mental photographs become ideas, interpretations that he transcribes on the canvas through color, its nuances and its different hues. Thus, different intentions and layers of materials compose several stories that he tells in the work, interlocking with each other, in the form of frames within the frame. He immerses us in real stories that are told across the web, such as the chapters of a novel, the sections of a newspaper or the panels of a comic strip.
He thus transforms his interior and exterior explorations into a true artistic adventure, where the world becomes his canvas and each destination, an infinite source of inspiration. He also paints to the rhythm of the seasons, to capture the atmosphere of a moment, and the sensations that passed through it: the summer of the Big Blue, autumn and winter with Formes et Couleurs du Monde, spring with Explosion of Colors.
"You will own the meaning to be given to my work. Feel it in your own way."
Thomas Jeunet merges multiple references and techniques in his works, inventing his own artistic language composed of rich and diverse pictorial vocabularies. Made with varied mediums, from acrylic to pigments, or from oil to charcoal, his canvases are vibrant works, in which each brushstroke is an abstract dance, capturing the energy of a movement, of an intuition, an emotion, a unique moment. It thus transcends artistic boundaries, going further than a simple association of colors and abstract shapes, inviting the viewer to dive into a world where an infinite palette of colors and shapes combine to create a captivating visual experience.
