This series by senior artist Olga Marciano is dedicated to Botticelli. This artwork features a surreal composition where two emotionless human faces emerge put of the canvas. The prominent face is adorned in a delicate bonnet with intricate lace detailing that seamlessly intertwines with a lush bouquet of vibrantly colored flowers. The subdued gray background intensifies the delicate color palette, allowing each element to stand out, while the meticulous attention to detail showcases exceptional artistry. This piece is unique, a mixed media artwork made of paper, graphite, watercolour and acrylic. The collection is also an exclusive of our gallery.

Presentation
A long career with many experiences abroad and in Italy and participation in biennials such as that of Florence, Genoa and Venice. Her works was on display at the Italian pavilion of the Art Expo in New York in 2018. Many art lovers adore and collect her work! A particular quality is attributed to his canvases, which often underlie strong themes. Her paintings – they say – … have a soul, they possess and transmit to anyone who observes them, the breath of those who conceived them, allowing even the “non-experts" to instinctively perceive strong and deep sensations. The colors are striking, vivid and sharp, even in the nuances; the honestly defiant looks of the women represented in them, in a collected and never brazen femininity; the modest representation of the feeling of inadequacy towards suffering. The artist, while looking at reality with enchanted eyes, seems ready to violate fossilized rules or sedimented conventions to find alternative ways to her own expressiveness and irrepressible creativity, just as she does in life. The message is that of a woman who has known even the less beautiful aspects of existence, but who has never lost her sense of the world and of reality, her curiosity and, above all, the candidly enthusiastic gaze with which she looks at the world . A push to break the rules, challenge, reflect and make people think. A strong message that does not allow for compromises.
She collaborates with the Tobian Art Gallery since 2022.
A well-known British collector acquired recently some of her work for his museum in France.
