An artist who highlights femininity: Her subjects, characters or portraits, are first of all those of strong women, warriors, but very feminine with soft and expressive faces, sometimes colorful and sometimes close to black and white, which reveal her inner strength and fighting spirit. In the rather masculine world of Street-Art, she puts forward her own femininity, thus distinguishing herself to become an emblematic artist of the group, and recognized by her peers. Her creations with spray and brush show remarkable thoroughness. By dint of working on light and shadow, she comes to realize works in 3D, deceiving perspectives, pushing the physical limits of her workplaces. She thus sets out in search of atypical or underground places to develop her “anamorphoses”, 3-dimensional paintings with deceptive perspectives. Then the technique evolves and Nikita uses various supports, sometimes very original, but often loaded with history: “It is the graffiti which brought me to visit abandoned places to find unique spots, it is there that I started collecting wallpapers. It is a work on the memory of the walls, I paint ghostly characters, in transparency, the only witnesses of the past, blocked in time and in the walls of the present. The memory of the walls, proof if there is one that human thought is capable of materializing. "Houses and buildings absorb and undergo the vibratory influence of the occupants ... when I visit abandoned places, I often feel a lot of emotions that I try to transcribe on my paintings", explains the artist.

Nikita is a street artist from Montpelier, born in 1980. She evolved in the « 5.7 » group.
The artist quickly managed to create a unique style, made up of warrior women, Japanese inspired, futuristic or fantasy like. These feminine characters with their big eyes resemble the world of Tim Burton or Manga. A deformation, a little like 3D trompe-l'œil, are her favorites for in situ frescoes.
The artist has done several frescoes on public and private buildings. Just as an example, one could quote the two facades created by Nikita, on the Verdanson platform in Montpelier.
