The artwork showcases a vibrant and rich bouquet of flowers in an impressionistic style. The texture is bold and expressive, with thick, tactile brushstrokes that add a dynamic sense of movement to the piece. The bright yellows, purples, and whites are skillfully balanced, creating a lively contrast against the muted background, which helps the flowers stand out with clarity and vigor. The choice of colors evokes warmth and optimism, transporting the viewer to a serene and joyful setting. The texture achieved through the impasto technique gives the painting a three-dimensional quality, inviting viewers to explore the depths of each flower and leaf with their eyes. This textural element is a strength, providing a sense of realism as though one could almost smell the fresh blooms by gazing at the canvas. The composition is well thought out, with a spontaneous yet harmonious arrangement that captures the natural beauty of a wild bouquet. It's delightful how the orange vase anchors the composition, its color subtly mirrored in some of the flowers, adding coherence to the overall palette. This engaging artwork speaks to the viewer's senses and emotions, demonstrating an impressive command of color and texture. It's a vibrant celebration of nature that inspires both tranquility and delight.

Collector’s Guide
Allan P Friedlander paintings of landscapes, flowers, and abstracts reflect his many interests. Born and raised in Southern Georgia gave him a passion for the rural countryside and a love of the outdoors.
After leaving the South Allan had the opportunity to live in many other parts of the country and even aboard. Finally settling in Northern California one of the most beautiful areas of the country.
In pursuit of his passion, he studied art at Washington University and Maryland Institute College of Art obtaining his BFA degree in Fine Art. Allan spent many years doing Stock Photography. Allan traveled the world taking photographs. Then in 1999 a decision was made to go full time as a painter using photography only as a source for his landscape paintings. Giving up a job of over 20 years, to devote full time efforts to painting.
Internally driven and emotionally charged his work has a look of a mixture of different styles. With the ability to combine different subjects of flowers and landscapes in an Abstract manner which gives the paintings a special look. Color being a key element.
In his paintings he has tried to create a feeling of the beauty that Allan sees all around him in nature. Sometimes done in an abstract or semi-abstract manner . The important thing is feelings use thru colors to express different emotions. This is the guiding force of the work and it comes from Allan's deepest inner feelings. Hoping to share that excitement with others. With the hope that the viewer can enjoy and be moved.
In a short period of time Allan a self-representing artist has sold hundreds of paintings in the United States and in countries all over the world including Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Mexico, Portugal, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and others.
His paintings are part of numerous private and corporate collections.
