Presentation
Artist Statement:
Guided by pure emotions and without a focus on a figurative content, I try to trigger feelings that each person perceives differently.
Education:
Baccalaureate in art and French and while I was travelling for two years I often worked with other artists in their studios like in Guatemala, Mexico, USA and on the Island Mallorca, Spain, where I finally settled down and created my own style of painting.

Artistic Influences:
In 2008 I went to the Hamburger Kunsthalle to see the Retrospective of Mark Rothko. I never knew how big his paintings were before seeing them live in this amazing exhibition. It was an overwhelming feeling and it provoke profound emotion in me. An immense power of attraction came from these paintings. Fascinating to see what pure color squares can provoke. That's where I learned less is more.
