The painting captures the breathtaking beauty of a sunset over the ocean, rendered with rich, vibrant oil paints that bring the scene to life. The sky, a stunning gradient of warm hues, transitions from deep oranges and fiery reds near the horizon to softer pinks and purples as it stretches upward. The setting sun, a glowing ball of molten gold, sits just above the horizon, casting a brilliant, shimmering path of light across the surface of the water.

Artistic Influences:

I feel that my work is a way to share the beauty what I feel inside with the outside world with planned explosions and carefully applied swathes of color. The drama of nature is a significant feature in the work I produce. The mood of a sea or sky, I once stood on a cliff top watching an electrical storm at sea in the pouring rain just to capture the feeling.
Drama of the weather, the mood of the sea, seasonal light all have their own unique presence within the landscape.

Growing up in a family of artists, singers and musicians, art seemed to make a lot of sense to me as a child. Watching my Dad making jewellery putting together piece by piece and my Mum could turn ordinary piece of rouge in masterpiece, I quickly realised that art had so many faces.
So as a child I began with creating my own stories with paint and pancil, spending hours and hours creating something what is coming from my dreams and imagination.
My aim in art is to create work that most definitely a painting, accomplished by using rich texture, multiple layers, brush and pallet knife marks.
