Pascal Honoré was born in 1958, he lives and works in Champagne. Pascal Honoré loves baroque music, his multicultural work is imbued with a sweet lyrical poetry and invites us on a delicious journey through time and space. We think of Italy, of course, references to antiquity and its magnificent Roman frescoes, but we also think of the Middle East and its enchantment of colors and scents but also of the Far East and Japan in particular. Full page compositions where space is occupied by the subject, there is musicality in these lush compositions. He plays with transparency to translate what nature conceals of multitude and abundance, his very original technique where he uses colored Nepalese paper mounted in superimposed foliage, leads his palette towards particularly dazzling colored experiments all in delicacy. This work is alive and breathes a fresh air of spring morning where the soft tranquility of a summer evening ... Let yourself be carried away in this suave journey towards a timeless and melodious sweetness ...
