In "Alice on a Walk", the renowned Ukrainian artist Artim Olga captures a moment of serene beauty and curiosity. The painting features a fluffy white cat named Alice, leisurely exploring a vibrant garden filled with colorful flowers and butterflies. The contrast between the bright reds, purples, and yellows of the flowers and the soft white fur of the cat creates a visually striking scene, filled with life and movement. The playfulness of the butterflies and the lushness of the blooms evoke a sense of wonder and innocence. Alice's gaze towards the fluttering butterflies suggests a childlike curiosity, symbolizing the joy of discovery in nature. The artist uses rich, textured brushstrokes to bring out the vivid colors of the flowers, immersing the viewer in a peaceful, whimsical garden atmosphere. Through this work, Artim Olga expresses the harmonious relationship between animals and nature, while also highlighting the beauty of small, everyday moments that can spark joy and contemplation.

Presentation

Born on July 23, 1965, in the city of Nikolaev.

Studied: She studied at a children's music school, and then transferred to a children's art school. After graduating from school, she entered the Odessa State Art School named after M. Grekov (painting), which she graduated in 1985 with honors. She studied at the Lviv Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute named after I. Fedorov (graphics), which she graduated in 1993. Not stopping there, she studied in the workshop of the People's Artist of Ukraine M. O. Ryasnyansky. She began her creative activity in 1993. She works in oil painting.

Member of the youth association at the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1993).

Works as an artist of the Nikolaev art-production plant (since 1985). Main works: triptych "Spring Dreams" (1993); “Pink Dream", “Three Graces" (both - 1994); “Poppies of Chernobyl" (1995); “Olbia", “Forest Gifts", “Leda" (all - 1997); “Sweet-voiced sirens", “The Legend of Phaeton" (both - 1998); “Red viburnum", “Mountain ash by the window", “Amsterdam tulips" (all - 1999).
The artist has more than 40 exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad, including 10 personal ones. Her works are in private collections in Japan, the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Russia and Ukraine.

Perceiving the world around her with love, everything that surrounds her, she recreates it with reverent tenderness in her paintings. Different in form and color scheme, they amaze with the author's ability to see beauty in all manifestations of life, to notice the beautiful in a child's smile, the gray head of a veteran. In still lifes, various manifestations of flowers are felt - brightness, variety of colors, sophisticated aroma.
The portrait genre occupies a large place in the author's work. All portrait and still life paintings are painted from nature. The characters, their costumes, and entourage are the author's ideas; he always creates clothes for the "models" with his own hands.
