We live fast, so fast that fast is no longer fast enough, and we have forgotten how to live. Now everything is urgent, everything screams, everything wants immediate attention, no one stops anymore, no one observes with their soul, no one smells the details, no one listens to what is not said, we miss the most important things every day as we run after the immediate, the visible, what shines even without value, and so the most valuable is left behind, the most real, what cannot be seen.
There is a part of me that is not easy to show, that does not need spectacle or noise. That something lives inside, where only those who dare to look with respect and some understanding can enter. It is the most fragile and honest thing I have, and yet for years I have hidden it, because I was taught that showing it was dangerous, that it was better to adapt, to fit in, to harden myself. They told me this with words and with silences, with quick glances that ask no questions.
What cannot be seen is where my truth and my fears reside, because I have thousands of them and they scare the shit out of me. My tenderness also lives there, the most human part of me, and the truth is that every time I hid it, I moved a little further away from who I really am.
I have tried to heal and I have understood that it is not just about stopping feeling pain, but about learning to take care of what no one else can see. It is embracing what trembles inside, it is not betraying it in order to fit in, it is treating it with the same delicacy with which one broods a bird, a new life. Because if that part dies or fades away, if we neglect it in order to keep up with the world, we lose our core; in short, we lose ourselves. And if I accept that, I have lost myself, but I don't want to continue doing so.
And even if the world keeps running without looking, I have decided to stop, take care of myself, listen to myself, and show, without fear, what cannot be seen, as if I were a powerful crane, because there, in the invisible, is everything I am, and those who truly love will know how to see it, and hopefully also stop to be loved for my true self.

Presentation
A self-taught artist who began her practice in 2008, developing a personal visual language about emotion and memory. In 2015, she incorporated the study of cross-modality as a conceptual axis, exploring the correspondences between the senses and the possibility of generating an expanded sensory experience between the work, the viewer, and various arts such as music, gastronomy, and performance.
In 2018, he began a series of self-managed projects that marked a turning point in his artistic practice, focusing his attention on mental health as the conceptual and vital axis of his work to date.
His work has been presented in exhibition spaces, galleries, embassies, and international fairs in Argentina, Italy, Spain, France, and the United Kingdom. Recent solo exhibitions include I'm Not Alone (Melaká Art Gallery, Bogotá, 2024); Depression Anatomy (Firma de Arte, Bogotá, 2022); Pleasure Synesthesia (Casa 73-22, Bogotá, 2021); Inside My Mind (Melaká Art Gallery, Bogotá, 2019); and Animal Soul (Galería Casa Valhalla, Bogotá, 2017).
In 2019, he published his first literary work, Inside My Mind, a project that expands his research on mental, emotional, and perceptual processes from an intimate and symbolic perspective, developed during 2018.
His participation in group exhibitions includes Aqua Art Miami (USA), Premio Arte Anima Latina (Rome); Salón de Arte Figurativo y Representacional (Bogotá); Arte en la Red, Casa de América (Madrid); Passepartout, Consulate of Colombia (Paris); Bienal Internacional de Suba (Bogotá); Ilustres, Espacio Independiente; Aldente 14 (Buenos Aires); Redibujando Bogotá; Imagen y Palabra, Universidad Los Libertadores; Salón de Ilustración, Club El Nogal; Quinestecia, Teatro R101; and Expoink, Casa Cartel Urbano.
