Desire, unfiltered. Crave is a visual exploration of bodily and emotional hunger. It does not whisper; it pulses.
Desire doesn't whisper—it performs, fragments, stains.
is a photographic study of hunger, where bodies sweat under nightclub shadows, throb in the red haze of neon, and fold into rituals of exposure. It is an archive of longing—not only sexual, but visual, physical, and existential.
At the core of lies a triptych of erotic tension:
fragmented fetish, performed seduction, and ritual intimacy.
Each photograph navigates these currents, revealing how desire moves across skin, symbols, and stage.
In some frames, the body is not a whole, but a part—a curve, a fold, a close-up of tension. Flesh becomes surface, site, sculpture. These images dissect the erotic into visual language: soft porn becomes soft form. Desire here is anatomical, almost abstract, reduced to color and contour. A lip, a heel, the bend of a back—fetish without objectification.
Elsewhere, desire is choreographed. In boxing rings and pole-dance spaces, women perform power, sweat seduction, and subvert the gaze. These are not passive muses but kinetic agents—posing, punching, pulling. The lens doesn't just observe; it's inside the act, part of the play. Here, dances with spectacle and seduction, drawing energy from performance itself.
Then come the rituals of intimacy—shared beds, red sofas, bathroom floors. These are not just backdrops, but emotional terrains. Cigarettes burn slowly, bodies sink into light, and moments unfold between lust and loneliness. Whether solo or entangled, these scenes pulse with anticipation and aftermath. Pleasure is present, but so is distance.
Visually, references the cinematic humidity of Wong Kar-wai, the bold provocations of Araki, and the sharp erotics of Newton. Yet Burak Bulut Yildirim's lens resists mimicry. His work transforms these references into something new—where eroticism is not just aesthetic, but analytical. Where voyeurism is turned inside out.

Berlin, Germany • Photographer
From the heart of Berlin, I shape light and shadow into images that breathe.
For 19 years, I have explored the fleeting, the intangible—a pursuit that began in art journalism and evolved into a lifelong devotion to photography. In 2005, I founded my first studio. Since then, my work has traveled across Europe, gracing galleries and shaping visual identities for global and local brands.
Dostoevsky wrote in , “Everything depends on the environment in which man lives." In a world oversaturated with images, we often feel lost in visual noise. Yet, light transforms. It gives meaning. A figure, a landscape—within seconds, they shift, becoming something entirely new.
For over 19 years, I have explored this transformation. I sculpt people with light, capturing their ever-changing forms through natural light, artificial systems, and UV. I work with both visible and invisible spectrums, using machines that record light to uncover something deeper—something beyond texture, color, and form.
My portraits are not just images; they are extensions of my own soul. In every session, my subject's presence collides with my vision, creating an unpredictable, living exchange. The result is emotion distilled into aesthetics, a visual language shaped by the poetry of light.
Photography is more than creation—it is a dialogue. Since 2019, Sony Europe has named me an Imaging Ambassador, reaffirming my dedication to this art. Beyond my own work, I share this passion through my photography school, where over 5,000 students have embarked on their own creative journeys.
Light remains my guide. Each click of the shutter is an attempt to capture the unseen, to reveal beauty in the mundane, to freeze a fleeting moment before it disappears.
