Amber Series:
In an aquatic ballet, a woman with flamboyant hair, adorned with a diaphanous dress, seems to blend with the blue and luminous wave that surrounds her. Each movement, imbued with grace, evokes a Nereid dancing in the depths, where mystery and beauty mingle. The transparency of her dress caresses the water, revealing a delicate sensuality, while the light plays on her silhouette with a subtle and captivating poetry. A suspended scene, between dream and reality, where elegance flirts with eternity.

Presentation
During his travels, discovering the silent immensity of desert lands, Xavier Blondeau questions the place of the individual in the world around him.
To give form to these reflections, he turned to photography, an art that allows him to capture what seems imperceptible. In 2009, while continuing his work as a teacher-researcher, he undertook a more intimate photographic approach, centered on the individual.
Each of his photographic series is an attempt to answer his questions. Emotion remains at the heart of his approach, allowing him to navigate between abstraction, where he explores the subtleties of the intimate, and more graphic compositions that maintain links between the imaginary and the real. His photographs, always imbued with mystery, leave an uncertainty that invites the viewer to get lost, to reinterpret what the artist wanted to express, to enter his inner universe.
Since 2011, Xavier Blondeau's work has been revealed through numerous exhibitions, gradually revealing the different aspects of his photographic research, a research which continues to push him to go further and further.
