This lithograph on stone comes signed and numbered by the artist and stamped by our printing house.
This lithograph represents Belin’s eldest daughter, Natalia, as she is undoubtedly his greatest source of inspiration. More than a tribute to his daughter, it is also a tribute to his Spanish culture with some details of his lithograph such as flowers prints, style and yellow : can you feel the sun and warmth from South of Spain ?
Natalia’s lithograph was created on stone, which is a printmaking technique where the artist directly paints or draws onto a flat stone to create an image. The artist starts by painting or drawing on the stone with a greasy substance. Then, the stone is wetted and rolled with an oil-based ink, which will be picked up only by the greasy parts of the stone. Finally, a piece of paper is pressed into the stone, letting the ink being transferred from the stone to the paper.
This creation is the perfect representation of the Post Neo Cubism style of Belin, as we see the balance between the hyper realistic, nearly frozen, appearance of the eyes, the ears, the mouth and the nose of Natalia and the surrealistic simple geometric forms of the hair, which creates a certain sensation of movement. With “Natalia” lithograph on stone, Belin abandoned his palette of vivid color to focus on shades of gray, which add a greater sense of depth and volume to his subject.

Miguel Ángel Belinchón Bujes, most people know him like “Belin". Born in Linares, Jaén (Spain) on 26th September 1979.
When he was a child he started to be creative at all time and in all areas. This attitude comes with him until he studies art in Jaén high shool (Spain).
After try this studies, he realized that he want to know more, so he started to be self-taught plastic artist, using libraries, museums, different books and multiple ways to get the right information to be the professional he always dreamt.
He started to work very hard painting in the street, he had a dream and he needed to do everything he could do to be the great artist he is now. Currently this artist has a big CV, people know him around the world because of his spray skills, making realism painting without using stencil, just his imagination. That shows the perseverance on his ideas, his art and his positive attitude to be better every day.
All his sculptures and painting have been displayed in museums, galleries and walls around Spain and different countries like America. He also has been painting for different marks like Dockers, Carhatt and Sephora and for known artist like “Kat von D “high voltage"" on LA, spanish football player, musician and models.
