Artwork location: Lithuania

This expressive figurative sculpture captures a moment of intense physical and psychological tension. Bent forward, muscles coiled and strained, the figure pushes ahead with raw determination. The pose suggests burden, resistance, and willpower all at once. Rather than idealizing movement, it exposes the struggle behind each step forward—a deeply human image of persistence. Sculpted with rough, tactile texture, the piece speaks of effort, dignity, and inner drive.
