Born in 1983 and a graduate of the National College of Arts of Bourges in 2007, Amélie Dubois is a French visual artist. She was selected in 2013 for the Salon de Montrouge.
Language (graphic, plastic, sound or sign language) is built of signs: the words or even the musical notes. These signs are codes in limited number which, put together, create structure and meaning. On the one hand, Amélie Dubois oriented her research toward the theories generating free possibilities.
On the other hand, her practice develops around protocols that she develops in order to construct a random and combinatorial, dense and complex language.
