Danyil Rovenchyn

Rovenchyn Danyil (September 14, 1994) - despite his young age, Danyil has been engaged in sculpture for quite a long time. According to the master, he fell in love with sculpture when he was a child, and since then the author has not thought about what he would like to do. Danyil's passion for work, for form, for the body is felt in every artwork. It is the man and his feelings that are the subject of inspiration for the sculptor. Most of the works created by Danyil are about him, about the own experiences of the master. That is not to say that Danyil is an adherent of realism only, although the mastery of performance, understanding of the form and subtlety of the transfer of emotions do not leave any spectator indifferent. The sculptor works with both traditional and modern techniques and materials. Danyil passed a serious school and copes well with complex tasks, masterfully synthesize sculpture with architecture, freely feels while working with large-scale figures. Whether it is a chamber composition or a monument, the works of the sculptor are expressive and understandable; they are close to the viewer, truthful and are saturated with life.

Dialogue of Danyil Rovenchyn and sculptures is about the master, about the own experiences. How else can one create and talk about what you do not feel what you did not experience? The authors' images are deep and touching. Some works are the result of long reflections; other ones are a splash of sudden inspiration. It is essential not only that the sculptor makes with the stone, but also what the stone does with the souls of the spectators. The art of reliefs and depressions with a ghostly hand touches the hearts of the viewer, instills love, calmness, curiosity, sadness, awakens memories and gives hope. The cold and warmth of materials inspire souls in the sculptural creations of the master, frozen substances, clusters of mood and feel live in stone and metal. Each spectator will find some of the own memoirs and experiences by looking at and touching the statues of Danyil Rovenchyn.
