The Oil painting on Cardboard titled “Spring aroma that keeps peace at home" captures the gentle beauty of blooming lilacs placed on a windowsill, infusing the space with an atmosphere of serenity and quiet joy. The composition centers on a lush bouquet of lilac blossoms, their soft pink and lavender tones blending into delicate layers that seem almost tangible. The flowers spill naturally from a transparent vase, their stems and leaves rendered in rich greens that vary from cool, shadowy hues to warmer, sunlit highlights. Each brushstroke conveys the fragile structure of the petals while also celebrating the abundance of spring in its full bloom. The blossoms are not rigidly detailed, but rather conveyed with impressionistic energy, creating a sense of life and freshness that seems to breathe through the painting. The setting of the bouquet near a window brings an added dimension to the work. Through the glass panes, the blurred suggestion of outdoor foliage in shades of green, yellow, and blue creates a dialogue between the interior and the exterior. The reflections on the glass and the subtle play of light suggest a calm spring afternoon, where the scent of lilacs mingles with fresh air drifting in through the window. This interaction between inside and outside emphasizes the title's meaning—the aroma of spring becomes not just a fragrance but a unifying presence that transforms the home into a sanctuary of peace. The windowsill and background are painted in muted tones of grey, cream, and faint blue, providing a calm, neutral backdrop that allows the vibrant lilac bouquet to shine with even greater intensity. The contrast between the subdued structure of the home and the lively, blooming flowers enhances the impression that nature itself has entered the living space, bringing with it a restorative power. On the right edge of the composition, small white flowers—likely daisies—peek into the frame, their simplicity complementing the luxurious lilacs and expanding the sense of a flourishing springtime environment. The brushwork is expressive and varied, combining fluid strokes for the leaves with textured, almost pointillist touches for the blossoms. This technique creates depth and volume, making the flowers appear to burst forth from the surface. The artist's use of impasto adds a tactile quality to the petals, as though they could be plucked directly from the canvas.
