Monica Noar is an emerging botanical artist based in Latvia, working primarily in oil painting. Her practice explores femininity, emotional states, and inner harmony through the poetic language of flowers. Inspired by the beauty of nature, Monica creates works that go beyond decoration, offering a sense of calm, balance, and quiet reflection.
Her work has been presented in international group exhibitions across Europe and the United States. Selected exhibitions include Authentic Self at Chromart Project Space in Berlin (2025), ART Biologic with SlowArt Productions in Hudson, New York (2024), GreenHouse at Gallery Imago in Perugia (2023), Beneath the Surface at The Center for Contemporary Art in New Jersey (2022), and Routes at Ribes Art Gallery in Tarragona, Spain (2021).
Between 2019 and 2025, Monica Noar participated in curated international art projects, private art presentations, and collector viewings. Her work continues to evolve as a quiet, introspective exploration of beauty, emotion, and feminine identity.
Monica's artistic focus lies in exploring the many facets of female nature. Her floral imagery reflects both softness and resilience, sensuality and stillness, offering a visual language that feels personal yet universally resonant. Through a harmonious palette and expressive oil technique, she seeks to capture emotional presence rather than literal form.
Through rich layers of color oil paint and carefully built compositions, she creates depth and atmosphere that invite viewers into an intimate emotional space.
