Jean-Pierre Stora

Jean-Pierre Stora is a figurative painter of oil on canvas and inks. He was born in Algeria in 1933 and died in France in 1996. Galerie Lise Cormery Gallery in Paris organised him his first Solo Shows as soon as 1988. The artist belongs to the French Selection of Art Olympiads organized by Lise Cormery Gallery for the French Olympic Commitee in 1991 and 1992 in Paris.  It was following the famous 1988 Art Olympiads in Seoul with its sculpture and painting museums created for the event in order to invite and show the art of major international artists of the century.
