Biography
Michele Sala is a self-taught painter born in Toulon in 1948.
She began a career as a civil servant working for the Ministry of Finance and it was only after she divorced that she focused on her passion, painting.
She made her first paintings and, encouraged by a friend, she participated in a first exhibition in Caen, where she lives now. She received a strong support which encouraged her to continue.
Michele Sala paints with acrylics in three colors: red, black and white. Her paintings, of abstract style are arranged in diptych or triptych.
"I like my paintings to interact with each other, she says. It is contemporary painting, an aesthetic research that reflects my thoughts, dreams and emotions. "
