Biography
A Carla PM exhibition is always, for the visitor, an evolutionary journey. In the timed succession of collages presented, elegant colored paragraphs direct the gaze and the imagination. As a guide would do, the artist trains us to guess his way and then discreetly leaves us the leisure to trace ours. Her collages combine elements of our real world with fantastical projections and in this audacious mixture of abstraction and figuration invent new reading codes.
Carla PM approaches Art like a researcher, with humility and certainty. But above all with the pleasure of "the amateur", that is to say in the first sense of the term, the one who loves... And who, because authentic, she knows that Art only lives in transmission, the sensitive echo and the sharing of emotions.
