Sven Rusti

Sven Rusti is an artist and designer. Since his youth, Sven has always been passionate about drawing and DIY. After the college, he turned to an electrical engineering BEP. Not seeing himself as an electrician and without knowing that it would be useful for later, he reoriented himself towards an art school. 

MJM Graphique Design in Strasbourg where he studied interior architecture, from which he graduated. Always fascinated by large volumes, design and geometric shapes, he sought a way to express his overflowing creativity. With the idea of offering an original gift for his brother's birthday, his first light fixture was born. 

Complimented by his entourage, this motivated him to continue in this direction. Since then, he has been trying to amaze people through his large creations with clean and airy lines. By participating in exhibitions, he has noticed that rarity, local and handmade, were points particularly appreciated by his customers. 

Thus, he decided that his creations will be made in Alsace, in small series of 10 pieces, numbered, signed, delivered with their certificates of authenticity. The base of his lights is either in aluminum or steel. 

To offer you a quality product, he has opted for a thermo-lacquered paint. When the design allows it, he adds a touch of wood. These are two completely different materials, but to his taste, they blend perfectly.
