Self-taught, the artistic fiber was passed on to me by my father. I first started with pencil sketches of teachers and classmates scribbled on the corners of course sheets. Then, reproductions of drawings in Indian ink, nudes in red chalk or charcoal. Quite naturally, I came to painting: watercolor, oil painting. Today, I favor acrylic and, depending on the subject, I carefully select the materials and the method: solids, knife, mixed, collage ... Inspired by photos which immortalize a fleeting moment like a moment of life, the expression of a face, an animal, a landscape, my artistic choices are then multiple, infinite, since everything is still alive. The vibration of the world resonates, in each of us, in a singular and sensitive way; this is why I seek to share in my painting above all, what touches me, moves me, upsets me “The beauty of things exists in the mind of the one (or that) who contemplates it” David Hume
