Jeff Birkbeck studied Art & Design at Blackburn College Lancashire where he trained as a metallurgist in Preston for three years.
Jeff Birkbeck later became a professional car sprayer which is where he first began to use acrylic on steel in his artwork. Jeff has since been working with steel for the last 15 years finding it both versatile and an exciting material to use on its own or with paint.
