Peter Kilb

After working as a fashion and portrait photographer for more than 20 years, I started experimenting with colors and painting abstract acrylic paintings.

While I was still taking photography, I realized various creative photo projects on the topic of using and working with different materials

digital changes. I have always had a great interest in pictures and enjoyed visiting museums and exhibitions as a child. In particular, contact with the Hamburg and Berlin art scenes has shaped my creative nature.

I love trying out new techniques and constantly changing things in the picture. I usually leave a picture lying around for days and work on several pictures in parallel until I actually decide that it is finished.

I often get my inspiration from long walks in nature. I particularly find water, clouds and the surfaces of old buildings very attractive.
