Virginie Devin's work intrinsically links natural materials such as bronze, cracked clay, stone, and steel, recreating life through contrasting harmonies. The characteristic scars that streak the silhouettes of her marine works refer to each person's own history: to the stories etched in the flesh, shaping profiles with smooth lines and sheared details. An artist-explorer of the elements, her passion and inspiration come from the ocean, both a source and a universal focal point. Recognized for the uniqueness of her work, she is exhibited in prestigious venues and renowned galleries across Europe. The press has covered many of her events. She is also the founding president of the Terre de Vrai association, which educates children about the environment.
