Biography
When he was just a kid, Jean-Claude Deutsch had one dream: to become a reporter for Paris Match... ! He got the favor of a 3-minute appointment with a great media mogul, who told him a blunt "No" before he could even finish his sentence.
He didn't give up, and a few years later he was nicknamed "The photographer of stars, the star of photographers" and had a great career in front of him. "When one does their dream job, it is no longer a job, it's just passion", says Deutsch. His passion allowed him to meet and spend time with the greatest stars of our time (he never stole any photograph), and to meet all kinds of interesting personalities.
His pictures of His Majesty the King of Morocco, His Holiness Pope John Paul II, Prince Karim Aga Khan, David Bowie, Madonna, The Rolling Stones, Carla Bruni or Serge Gainsbourg, to mention only a few, have been published in numerous magazines such as: Life Magazine, Bunte, Stern, Woman's wear, Epoca, etc.
