Presentation

Hungarian born Anna Stein completed her artistic training at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris after studying art in Budapest, and then settled in France. The public, which adored the luminosity of her colours and the forceful movement they project quickly knew her works. Taking her inspiration directly from a great variety of sources, she experiences intensively and translate superbly. She has paid her cultural duality back with interest, for she shows the same passionate application to her mastery of canvas, bronze and glass in creations that can be found in exhibitions and collections throughout the world.

Stein's work, influenced by Tintoretto and Pollock, creates a sense of discovery and revelation in a style that does not dit into any contemporary artistic movement or category.
