Frédéric Blaimont studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris and at the l'École d’Art Graphique (Kunstgewerbeschule) of Basel, Switzerland, in the early 70s.
The first things that comes to mind when seeing Frédéric Blaimont's paintings is the banality of his subjects.
