Bao Ho

Bao Ho is an artist born and based in Hong Kong. She has been drawing since childhood and worked as a graphic designer for several years. After a trip to Milan, where she met a local artist who introduced her to the world of street art, she returned to her hometown to settle down and become a full-time artist.

Since her return in 2014, Bao has been actively painting walls. She always has a new project underway. In fact, she has been in demand and collaborated with companies such as Nike, Google, Microsoft, Maserati, and many others. Aside from these projects, she also works on her own artwork because she feels the need to draw and paint. It really feels like a breath of fresh air and a need for her. She comes home after a day of painting and starts drawing and creating her own imaginary world.

A humble, creative, and talented artist, whenever she can, she takes her brushes or spray paint cans and goes to the streets of Hong Kong. Her imagination drives her to create a whole new universe with her half-human, half-animal characters, her fantastical creatures, and different scenes that we mostly encounter in everyday life in Hong Kong. By drawing us into her dimension, we can notice a "Doodle" style flirting with a manga-like drawing that she does freehand each time. It's quite incredible to see her in action on a wall, on paper, or even on her iPad.

Bao is always developing new techniques, using new materials and media to express herself, and surprising everyone. She continues to travel extensively with projects in Australia, China, England, and Taiwan, being invited to festivals and commissioned murals.

Bao exhibits in several art galleries in Hong Kong and abroad and was recently commissioned by the Athens Museum for their permanent collection. This young artist has a bright future ahead of her, exploring many other mediums and welcoming us into her world.
