Imbued with international experience, from American Pop Art to German Expressionism, he seems attracted by the artificial and intense fluorescences, the human traits, objects, cityscapes. A deep unity connects Mistral's pictures: different voices of a single visual symphony of lines and colors that spread densely and compactly across the canvas, sometimes gently stabbing into each other, sometimes screeching with dramatic force, only seemingly dominated by clarity and precise contours of strictly geometric shapes . His works are exhibited in galleries and private collections in Italy, Germany, London, Budapest, Madrid, Vienna, at the Italian Embassy in the USA in Washington D.C., San Diego Gallery.
