Biography
Graduate of the DNSEP of the Fine Arts of Toulon from the ESADTPM, the emerging artist Charlotte Passeron exhibits in various spaces of monstrations in various cities like: Toulon, Pézenas and Monaco.
Her work is often based on popular images that translate the paradoxes of everyday life and their transposition by Instagrammers whose filters and vanities she exploits with accuracy. She exploits the subjects of representation around the Banal integrating femininity and food.
Her work oscillates between French Pop art and the Post-Internet. She considers herself as belonging to the current scene of French painters dealing with the subject "The world of appearances". She questions in her works the transfer of the flow of virtual images through oil painting. She poses the problematic: How Instagram becomes a tool for artistic creation?
