Biography
Lives and works between Cagayan de Oro (Philippines) and Paris. Originally from the island of Mindanao, in the Philippines, Louie Talents began his studies with a Bachelor of Economics. His passion for drawing then took over and he entered the UP-Diliman art school where he specialized in painting. In 2010, thanks to the support of the French Embassy in the Philippines, he spent a year at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris. He finally graduated from this training in 2011, his thesis "Burning the Book" placing him major in his promotion, Louie Talents exhibited in museums such as the Metropolitan Museum in Manila or the Vargas Museum in the Philippines and in galleries whether in France. , in the Philippines, in Canada or in Singapore.
