Biography
Olga Novokhatska is a Ukrainian artist, living and working at Paris. After obtaining her Master's degree in painting from the Kharkov State Academy in Ukraine, she moved to France to complete her artistic education at the Lorraine Fine Art School.
Her style is a mix of figuration and abstract expressionism, with a strong impressionist inspiration. The medium Olga Novokhatska uses is oil on canvas. Her major themes are the human figure and floral compositions. In her recent series, she represents the spring blossoming trees, with a rich texture of oil paint applied with a spatula.
