Description
The gaze is lost in the immensity of a dark horizon. The canvas captures the moment when the water stirs and fragments. A white foam tears through the monotony of deep blues. The sky accords with this chromatic tension. Heavy clouds close the space and accentuate the feeling of solitude in the face of the elements.
The brush favors visual emotion here. The contours fade in favor of a fluid movement. The material seems to breathe through broad, washed-out strokes. The artist forsakes realism to translate a raw impression.
The balance rests on the contrast between the density of the sky and the fleeting luminosity of the waves. This marine scene evokes a constant dialogue between calm and tumult. The composition guides the eye to the center, where the sea rises and crashes. This canvas painting explores the raw force of nature through a cold and nuanced palette.

Presentation
Mare Line Robert is a self-taught artist.
She was drawn to painting about twenty years ago during a very complicated episode which was illness.
Painting was his outlet and painting never left him.
The works of Marie l'une Robert are full of life often given by urban landscapes or scenes of seascapes she likes to mix cold or warm tones with the expressive force of bright and vibrant colors in the foreground the exuberant colors bring a great luminosity to her paintings and celebrate life.
Without being completely abstract, his works erase the contours, being more interested in visual emotions than in realistic details.
Exhibition of his works in various galleries in France, in Paris, but also in New York in association with a New York musician.
His works have also been presented and sold at auction in the auction room.
