Description
An aerial landscape unfolds before our eyes. This abstract composition could evoke waves. The blue dominates the scene, alternating between deep shades and translucent clarities.
The work relies on fluidity. The material flows, moves, and solidifies to create organic forms. Areas of pure white pierce the surface, reminiscent of foam or sandbanks during low tide.
The execution mixes glass painting and mixed media techniques. The artist guides the pigments while leaving an essential place to chance and gravity. This dialogue between control and surrender gives birth to a striking visual relief.
This creation dated 2025 explores the metamorphosis of fluids on canvas. It captures a geological snapshot where color becomes matter.

Presentation
The Abstract - Search and search again... Put water, ink, inks, matter, test, retest, tilt, blow, send, let dry. Wait. Let it happen, watch, start again... Contemplate the metamorphosis, the path of fluids. This is the search for the Abstract. Each time, it was a real battle with my canvas, but I had so much fun!!!
When we look at the earth from the sky, the images sometimes go beyond our understanding. But we only have to look around us and we see many similarities… One day, returning to the beach after a swim, I was amazed to see the traces of the water that had flowed away during the low tide on the wet sand. Magnificent pictures were offered to my gaze.
Mother Nature reveals to us landscapes so grandiose that we would never have dared to imagine even in our wildest dreams. No artist could match HER perfection. My quest today is to try to recreate conditions so that Mother Nature can work.
