Anxiety has been a part of Candice's life since she was a child and she uses her paintings to express her feelings about it. Painting empowers her to convey her self-reliance and inner power. Painting is therapeutic for her as she was bullied as a child. It brings Candice balance and connection to the present moment. Keeping an open mind and she's curious by choosing colors that reflect the conflict she's experienced.

Inspiration.
Inspired by her environment ideas come from broken lines on the ground, shadows, the shedding of a tree, cloud formations, or how the colors of a rainbow collide. She loves hiking and seeing how the colors mingle with each other collecting rocks and shells along the way. In her abstract paintings, she wants people to feel a sense of joy and imaginative freedom. Color uplifts your mood, it brightens a room and color makes her happy!
