Biography
Chloé Wise was born in 1990 in Montreal, Canada. Having graduated from the Concordia University of Montreal, she now lives and works in New York City. She garnered critical acclaim in 2014 for her “Bread Bags" series of baguettes, bagels and pancakes covered in designer branding. Her artistic style playfully interrogates the relationship between art and fashion, and her installations, videos, paintings and sculptures have been recognized across the globe.
Her work has been featured in solo exhibitions and group shows in Paris, New York, Shanghai, London and Denmark.
