Biography
Biarritz artist and surfer, Charlie Philippon favors pictorial compositions, samples which are based on the fusion of graphic elements borrowing as well from the artistic movements of the end of the XXth century (Pop art, Free figuration, Narrative figuration ...) than current trends in fashion, media, surfculture and the new pictorial scene (Urban art, Street art ...). His canvases painted in his studio "Charlie don't surf!" located in the Bibi Beaurivage district in Biarritz, are present in many private collections in Europe.
