Biography

Former student at the Superior School of Decorative Arts of Strasbourg, Laurence Scheer alias "Lo" created, in 2008, the Atelier de Lo, which aims to awaken creativity and initiation to various plastic techniques.

Laurence Scheer experiments with techniques, materials and colors according to her desires, often in response to calls for projects.

The result is sometimes figurative, sometimes abstract, surprising juxtapositions.

It is a surface rich in material that the artist charges with his sensitivity, his emotions, perhaps his secrets.                                                                                                                                        Imaginary pictorial forms are born where only harmony, composition and the surprise of seeing that the viewer will find another translation, a new interpretation.

Laurence Scheer exhibits regularly in Alsace and in Germany.
