Nina Lanner

Nina Lanner was born in Lahr / Black Forest in 1980.

After 20 years of dancing and marketing her own fashion label, she became a freelance artist in the genre of the visual arts as a painter in 2018.

This phase of discovery and transformation developed her expression of human soul levels and the changes in time through her painting.

Within her speaking pictures between GRAPHIC ART and POETIC ART, she conveys her sensory impressions.

Her use of bright colours is influenced by Hip Hop / Urban music, sometimes loud, sometimes quiet.

She takes the viewer along with her into soulful themes and offers them visible access from the earthly to the spiritual world.

Mind-map like and figuratively it becomes clear that the focus is on the spiritual development of the individual.

The revised, historical fragments symbolize their complex, intellectual and spiritual development.

Her texture rich mixing technique in acrylic, oil pastel and ink and partly pointed areas of color,

graphic lettering and caricature-esque illustrations / drawings underline the transcendence of her images and their unmistakable power.

She herself says that her pictures speak the LANGUAGE OF THE SOUL.
