Biography

It is my studies of architecture and graphics that led me to take my first steps towards the world of art.

Then, the "pranks" of chance like the meetings of founders in the Marais district in Paris, the African bronzes discovered through my father's frequent travels and my interest in medieval art, brought me everything simply to touch the world of sculpture.

My first creations were "futile" objects, halfway between decorative and usual objects, such as vases, door handles, corkscrews, etc ...

Then, it is towards the human anatomy, bridge between the architecture and the sculpture, that I wanted to pursue my artistic trajectory.

Part of my achievements consisted in deforming the human body, extruding it, opening it, or crushing it, to make it a kind of anamorphosis of our self.

I think there is an analogy between our body and our personality: our faces, our hands, our feet ... act as witnesses to our nature.

Finally, I try to establish a link between the various morphologies of Man and his varied and complex characters, like a coming and going between our Being and Being.
