Biography
Guillaume Clermont is from Paris, but he moved to Brittany during his childhood. Since 2011, he has set up his workshop in Plogastel.
At the age of 22 and after having spent most of his time traveling, Guillaume decided to turn towards art and become a porcelain animal molder. Guillaume Clermont usually makes items from wood in enormous size, he also uses the enameling technique in copper and water, a little like "raku" giving a unique look to his items.
Guillaume Clermont's art is genuine and unique but also filled with shades and represented patterns.
The artist participates in several shows in order to promote and sell his items: in 2013 he joined the professional ceramist group, which was organized around the "Argile" association, he is one of the founding members.
