Presentation

"I studied in a high school of applied arts.

In the absence of having been able to follow a complete academic artistic training, I consider myself "self-taught".

My passion for painting has never left me, so since my retirement, I have devoted myself entirely and humbly to this magnificent art.

For me, being a painter is much more than a simple leisure activity, it is a profession, a passion, a true art of living.

I am not attracted by a particular subject, I simply paint what inspires me at the moment according to my state of mind, chance, an image but above all according to my emotion.

My preference goes to figurative representations, because I like to try to reproduce the beauty of what surrounds me to testify to it.

When I transpose my subject on the canvas, it is inevitably a “crush”.

Painting represents for me my space of freedom and my best way to express myself.

My canvases are all done in oil paint. "
