I paint with my eyes, the gesture follows….
I see the world through the colored prism of my emotions. I tell it with my paintbrushes, my brushes, my knives. To paint is for me to take an enlightened look at things, to transpose my mental images using my palette. My figurative painting moves away from reality to interpret a fantasized universe. My stretched canvas is like a magic square which allows me to change the nature of things. I like to reinvent the visible. My hand is the instrument of my eyes and of my inspiration of the moment. I like the balance between structured compositions and the flexibility of the lines when the gesture is freed from the drawing. Colors are my words that set the right tone for me. An idea, a desire can make my creation emerge. I let my sensitivity express itself in all rigor and freedom. I like to take the "viewer" on a personal journey while inevitably accompanying him in my world. Painting is the power of suggestion, the field of all possibilities ... Lost in the dream, I make it my reality. I focus on my canvas, this window open to an elsewhere that belongs to me and leads me to the randomness of my moods with ever-renewed pleasure ... A delight that I want to share.
