The project is based in the contrast of the two images, the air waybill and the postage stamp, from different times but similar in their function. The artist seeks to enlighten the change in the use of the image, to reflect on how some languages disappear due to the globalization and new ones emerge with unified visual parameters. Formerly the stamps told stories from a country, a place through their image, nowadays the air waybill is a contract with terms and conditions.
This artwork is a captivating collection of six meticulously framed prints, each presenting a botanical illustration resembling postage stamps. Each piece showcases a distinct flower, rendered in detailed pencil sketches that capture the delicate intricacies of botanical forms. The artwork is marked by diverse yet harmonious color schemes: teal, red, and green borders frame the black-and-white sketches, enhancing their vintage aesthetic appeal. The compositions feel both scientific and artistic, as each illustration is meticulously labeled, suggesting a narrative that resonates with botanical classification or historical intrigue. The wooden frames provide a warm, cohesive alignment, adding a layer of natural sophistication. This unique interplay between the structured format of stamps and the organic fluidity of floral illustrations imbues the work with a timeless elegance, making it a compelling fusion of art and nature.

Collector’s Guide
The artist finds in drawing a way to explore the relevance of detail in the construction of images, objects and spaces.
The repetition of tiny elements such as the line in a drawing, lead to the construction of complex universes where that detail acquires value and becomes the basic unit, like the brick in a wall.
The gesture of the repetition of small elements and the time invested in doing it, is used as a tool to give "value" to the images that are constructed.
