Florent Mabilat was born in 1970 in Antibes, France. After a few steps on the musical and then theatrical scene, several collective creation experiences, twenty years of drawing and color practice, the meeting in 2012 with old olive trees in Italian Puglia made him switch to painting. Since 2016, his paintings, presented in personal and group exhibitions, have been collected in France, Dubai, Uruguay and Belgium. In addition, he collaborates regularly with musicians, dancers and actors whom he invites to improvise in contact with paintings.
