Alain Bezotte (bzt22), born in 1979 in Normandy is an artist from Lille under the pseudonym of bzt22. He started the stencil in 2009 in the streets of Lille then spread mainly to Paris. He is also a committed painter, he wants his art to remain a humanist art by painting mostly the neglected, difference, injustice, anonymous and ecology. He also participates with the partnership of Emmaeus and his collective mcmk in humanitarian and artistic interventions as in October 2015 in the “Jungle” of Calais. In 2013, he joined the cultural and social association "Le Toucan Pistache" working for integration through art and culture in hospitals, penitentiaries but also people in difficulty. His style ranges from duotone to the most technical compositions using up to 12 stencils for a portrait, but that's not all since it also extends to comics and sculpture. He uses the street as a support but also any object found in the street.
