Description
A canvas where the material comes alive under the effect of an invisible breath. The gesture is quick, assured. The oil touches intertwine to suggest the movement of a wild coastline.
The blue dominates the composition. It stretches in horizontal and vertical streaks. Splashes of yellow and soft green come to break this cold dominance. These contrasts recall the resilient vegetation of coastal areas.
The approach remains at the border of figuration. The gaze composes the landscape itself. The artist captures the raw energy of the elements. The light seems to filter through layers of superimposed paint, creating a tactile depth.
The balance of colors brings a serene clarity. The composition guides the eye through a whirlwind of pigments. This oil painting, created in 2026, prioritizes pure sensation. It focuses on the dynamics of the wind and the texture of the sand.

Mainly abstract, but always on the verge of figuration, Claire de Noinville's work is a joyful explosion, a bouquet from which nature, its forces, its movements, its anger too, escape.
Her art is cosmic and human at the same time, interior, without artifice.
