Biography
Born in 1967, Richard Thibaud lives and works in France, between the lovely town Royan and the picturesque village Honfleur.
Since his childhood, Richard Thibaud showed an important pictorial sense and a distinct talent for drawing. Drawing after drawing, he discovered, studied and confirmed his unique technique of fast and hazardous line strokes, forming hyper-realistic figures while being abstractly drawn.
Years after preparing a series of artworks for the prominent French music magazine Rock&Folk (Edited in 1990; Richard was 23 years old), Richard Thibaud comes back to the art scene with a series of art projects, inspired by the contemporary society.
