Biography
Born in 1948 in Touraine, Gonzague Saint Bris is a French painter and writer.
Gonzague Saint Bris gets inspired by the big legends of art and culture. He painted two canvases about painter Leonardo da Vinci one of which consisted in replacing the original colors of Mona Lisa.
Besides his activity as a painter, Gonzague Saint Bris is a writer, journalist, historian and he works regularly for the radio and television. He is called "The Renaissance Man", because of his several talents, he has received several awards, including the Interallié Prize in literature and the Hugues Capet prize for all of his work. He is as well the founder of "The Cabourg Film Festival" and of "La Foret des Livres" in Touraine. In the last three years, he has created and produced a series of clips about French culture and patrimony.
